NEON Dispatch
Email client. Inbox built for AI agents and humans working the same queue. Shared context, shared rules, no more "forward this to the bot" gymnastics.
Inbox that humans and agents share.
We got tired of: AI agents working out of one inbox, humans working out of another, no shared rules, no shared memory, endless "hey can you forward that to the bot" messages.
NEON Dispatch is an email client where humans and AI agents share the same mailbox, the same rules, the same drafts. Agents can draft, send, archive, label - humans can review, edit, override. Full audit trail, no black-box behavior.
What's in the box.
The features we have on the roadmap - the ones we need for our own work. More land every week.
Shared mailbox
One inbox, multiple actors. Agents and humans see the same threads, the same labels, the same drafts.
Per-account rules
Auto-archive, auto-label, auto-forward, auto-draft - all configurable per account, per actor, per time of day.
Agent drafts
Agent reads the email, drafts a reply, marks it for human review. Human edits, hits send. Or approves as-is.
Human override
Human can take over any thread at any time. Agent sees the human's edits and learns for next time.
Threaded view
Real email threads, not the Gmail pseudo-thread mess. Reply, reply-all, forward - the obvious way.
Multi-account
Gmail, Outlook, IMAP, custom SMTP - one client for everything. No more switching between tabs.
Full audit trail
Every send, every archive, every label change - who did it (human or agent), when, and why. SOC2-friendly.
Search that works
Search by sender, subject, content, label, actor, date. Filter the way you think, not the way Gmail learned in 2014.
Built with
Boring, reliable parts. AI handles the repetitive work so the humans can focus on the rest.

Why we built it.
Same inbox, same memory.
Agents and humans see the same threads, the same history. No "wait, which inbox did that come from?" moments.
Every action, every actor.
Compliance wants to know who sent what and when. Dispatch tells them - human or agent, with the reasoning attached.
You're still in charge.
Agents draft, humans approve or take over. Or agents send, humans review after. Either way - the human has the final say.
